Well, at 6 o'clock this morning I was woken up by my mom saying that Lily's water had broken and she was in labor. I went down to find her pushing and straining. Mom and I, both knowing that we had to give it some time, went back up to the house to contact our vet. She said to check her cervix and see if she was dialated. So we checked and found she was not nearly dialated enouh to give birth. We went back up to the house and updated our vet on what was happening. She said to check her again in a while. We checked her again and no progress. At that point we asked our vet to come to our house ad help us in person. We ended up having to pull both lambs out. My vet pulled the first one and I, the second. They are twin ram lambs and the first one weiged 15.4lbs and the second one weiged 13.7lbs. No names yet but they are soon to come!
