Well, I have an update on the new twins and their mother. The twins are officially battle lambs as the mother is not phisically cabable of producing enough milk. They are growing big and are very sweet! We finally came up with names for them and they are Anton and Cody.
As for the mother, she is not so well. The vet diagnost the ewe with a torn tendon. The tendon is called the Pre-Pubic Tendon and basically it sounds like it holds up her stomach and everything inside. She looks very lopsided and the vet said she is in pain. We have come to the conclusion that we will probably end up putting her down, whether it is in one month or six. She is getting medicine that is hopefully helping the pain and we hope she will stay pain free for as long as possible!
